Brrrrr! It's freezing! I mean freeeeeeezing! No other way to put it! The wind chill is making the temp outside feel like it's 16 degrees. Yep, you read that right....16 degrees. I need earmuffs, that wind blasting my ears hurts quite bad when you're out in it for awhile.
Cody is not having it! When we reached the bottom of the stairs to head out on the long walk he clearly scoffed at the weather. He's funny. He's so aware! Simon on the other hand is aware but doesn't care quite as much unless you are trying to take him through snow. During the 1 mile walk today the boys both drug their feet. I was clearly out in front of them a few steps. I made them wear their sweaters all day even during the walks.
Snow flurries are in the forecast for tomorrow. Doesn't look like it will be anything major, a little snow might be nice. Although I will be spending as much time indoors as possible! It will be even colder tomorrow than today so I'm thinking the boys will get the day off from walks. I could barely stand taking them out in it today I can't imagine trying to do a long walk in even colder temps tomorrow. So short trips outside is likely all the boys will get....I doubt they'll complain!
