Fixed

Bubsy:  It has finally occurred it’s bittersweet for us since she’s not home as much but….MOM IS BACK TO WORK! 

Sissy: Hooray! Yay, momma! 🎉 

Bubsy: I’m not sure mom thought it would ever happen? And mom was also very confused as to whether or not she wanted to return to her current school. But so far so good. The school and especially the parents were HAPPY for her return. We shall see what transpires, but judging by week one of her return she seems content to stay there for the foreseeable future.

Sissy: Maybe what she thought God was telling her was just that she needed to get some things worked out…fix her body, her mindset and get some other things fixed too before going back to work at that school.

Bubsy: Well let’s both just hope things keep going well for mom at work. I am sure there will be tough days ahead but hopefully fewer tough/chaotic days and much more good days.

Sissy: Best news is….mom will get half a paycheck this coming Friday. Which means my allowance should be deposited into my little piggy bank. 🐷 

Bubsy: Oh yes, I’m sure giving you an allowance is top on mom’s priority list when she gets paid this week. 🙄

Sissy: It better be! 😉

Bubsy: It was kind of a weird week for us overall. We had to get used to mom going back to work but then we had a few people coming thru our house to deal with issues. The A/C guy two different days and a plumber the next day. And this week the ceiling will get fixed. Mercy! Things are falling apart.😳

Sissy: It was nuts! How dare these repair people descend on my territory. The audacity! 

Bubsy: Mom and dad are just super glad to have things mostly fixed. There’s been a lot of fixing going on in our world in recent months. The fence fell down and got fixed. The trees were taken out so that issue was fixed. The A/C was fixed. The two leaks in our house were fixed. The ceiling is up next to be fixed and mom’s stomach issue was fixed. 

Sissy: Better watch out…next up could be you to be fixed! Bye, bye to your little peanuts…🥜😆

Bubsy: No way! My little peanuts are going no where, thank you very much! 

Sissy: 😆😆…don’t worry you wouldn’t feel a thing. But you would come home drugged up and confused! 😵‍💫 

Bubsy: Enough of that, sissy. Let’s end this and go enjoy the afternoon with mom and dad watching some playoff action. Note to people out there…try not to get hungry for a second breakfast when you look at our weekly pic below. I’m serving up brunch hot and fresh with my bacon and eggs brekkie bandana. 🍳🥓🤣

Sissy: Ooh, I like the word brekkie!

Bubsy: I have all the cool lingo, sissy. Stick with me and I’ll take you places. I’m so worldly…brekkie is breakfast in England and Australia. 🇬🇧 🇦🇺 …oh and there’s a bonus pic of the flowers mom got from her work when she returned…it’s a floral arrangement in the shape of a dog with sunglasses. Mom’s work must know all about my sunnies wearing obsession. 😆😎
