Keeping Quiet

Bubsy: We are representing a different team today in our pic below. Who’s digging us in RED? 

Sissy: Representing a city we’ve never been to. 🙄🤪 I must say…bro, we look good in red. 

Bubsy: But mom was taking advantage of the non play of the Cowboys today. So we show up today in some cool Cardinals gear. But let me revisit the subject of the Cowboys….FINALLY…they came to play. 

Sissy: Thing I enjoyed the most about the Cowboys game this past Thursday was how quiet it was in our house during the intense 4th quarter. 🤫 

Bubsy: Yep, since Mom goes to bed just a few minutes after halftime for all the night games, dad had to keep his celebrating for his Cowboys to a low level. 

Sissy: It was a beautiful thing. 🙉 

Bubsy: And since no Cowboys game today…it’s been rather quiet today during football. We can get some super good zzz’s. What else is going on around here?

Sissy: Mom and dad drove all over yesterday trying to find the thing mom wanted to look at. They came home with nothing. Mom has wanted to try another store today but dad is glued to the sofa. 

Bubsy: And mom seems slightly annoyed.😒 But I’m thinking they are staying home for the rest of the day. Fine by me, you can find me on mom’s lap if you are looking for me. 😉 

Sissy: Nobody else can get to mom’s lap thanks to you. 

Bubsy: Poor sissy! Although…wait…weren’t you mom’s lap dog early this morning? 

Sissy: I cannot confirm or deny. But perhaps, it’s my Sunday thing to occupy mom’s lap too. 😉
