Busy Day!

Yesterday was extremely busy for me.  It's always busy when you are preparing to go out of town or in our case right now....out of the country.  I felt like a hamster stuck on a wheel yesterday.  Going, going, and going!

The funniest thing about the last few days for me is how much I've used my Bluetooth in car speakerphone in our new Pathfinder.  The new Pathfinder has a hands-free feature where it dials the number for you and you simply talk out loud. It's just like using a speakerphone!  When we bought the Pathfinder I wasn't sure I would use or need that feature.  But the Pathfinder came with quite a few features we weren't sure about.  This particular phone feature is quite awesome so far. 

Yesterday I was driving down the road receiving numerous phone calls back to back. At one point in the early afternoon it was quite nuts how many calls I received inside the Pathfinder...people calling to confirm appointments,  a person called to confirm I would come pick up an order, and the boys even called to have their mommie come pick them up! Lol!  They had some assistance in using the phone on their end I'm sure! ;)

I think the in car Bluetooth speakerphone has already been well worth the money!  At one point yesterday I asked myself when was it that life became so busy?  When did busy days start popping up more and more frequent? For a few seconds I blamed the boys....life did get busier when they came into the picture.  Walks, dog grooming appts, vet appts, trips to the dog park, and lets not forget doggie daycare. Geez, some days the boys have quite the itinerary!  I finally settled on the fact that busy days have been more frequent since my late college days.  First two years of college I coasted, then the last few years it got harder.  More and more things to get done: school work, internships, a job and the dogs came along.  Yep, that's definitely when life first started to get busy!  Not that I'm complaining, I'm certainly not the type that wants to sit around eating bon-bons.
