Wimbledon!

So Murray won Wimbledon!  Yay, I knew he had a great chance.  The 77 year drought is over for Britain.  Can you believe it's been 77 years since the last British born person won Wimbledon?  Geez!

We were pulling for Murray for a couple of reasons.  We wanted to see someone new win.  We also wanted to see the British get this triumph.  We were joking about how this should mean the Brits are still in good moods by the time we visit London.  Lol!

I think the royal baby is due just about any day now.  So the British will certainly be in good spirits I'm assuming!  Very interesting how a French woman and a British gentleman won the Wimbledon titles.  The two countries we are set to visit had winners at Wimbledon.  Cool! I must also mention the greatest American doubles team, the Bryan brothers from America won too.  They made history for being the first team to ever win all four Grand Slam events.  That's remarkable!
