Donut Bed Lounging!
Look at this sweet duo lounging around on a Sunday morning. It was a rainy Sunday morning. It was a raining Saturday night too. Cody has lost most of his hearing however, the storm that rolled through our area of the world he heard just fine. Piper's laying on Simon's old blanket which she now can't live without as Cody lays next to her in an upside down donut bed. His doing on that one! He has a new thing, he uses his head to flip the beds. Sticks his head just under the edge of the bed then brings it up until he flips it.
It's not only the fur-babies that have been lounging, their human parents have been lounging too. We had company over last night, the get-together didn't conclude until 3:30 in the morning. It was a sports watching night with one of Brad's best buddies. We all started watching tennis live from Canada in the afternoon then moved onto the Cowboys game in the evening and at midnight guess what came on in Texas....the Cardinals game. Clearly the Cardinals game was tape delayed but we all still sat there watching it like it was a live game. It's been a good weekend. Cody could have done without the rain and especially could have done without walking in the light rain this morning but otherwise both furries have enjoyed their weekend too. :)
